Project L E A D

Sparks Middle School is proud to be recognized as a Civic Learning School through our involvement with the City of La Puente and Project Life Experiences About Democracy (Project L.E.A.D.). We continue to partner with the City of La Puente to provide students with more opportunities to participate in and understand the workings of local government.

During the 2021-2022 school year, our students worked with a local artist to create the mural adjacent to the school on East Giordano Street and North Unruh Avenue. The mural highlights the many elements of being a successful student and represents our ongoing partnership with the community and the City of La Puente.
