Science Olympiad

Science Olympiad is an exciting annual competition in which students compete against other middle school students in a variety of events that cover topics such as biology, Earth science, chemistry, physics, and astronomy. There is a balance between events requiring knowledge of science facts, concepts, processes, skills, and science applications. If students do well at the regional level (Los Angeles County), they can go on to compete in the state competition and possibly even the national competition.
